Placing an order with us
When placing an order you will be required to register your details with us. Upon choosing your desired products you will be directed to our online checkout process where you will be given the opportunity to check your order and amend if required. You will receive an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have chosen. Full payment is taken at the time of order. Please note your goods will be delivered on a pallet to reduce breakages. For smaller orders box deliveries could be arranged.
We may refuse to accept an order if
i) The goods are not available
ii) We can not obtain authorisation for your payment
iii) If there is a pricing or product description error
iv) If you do not meet any eligible criteria set out in our terms and conditions
